'CEO of Everything Gay' Makes Antarctic Marriage Proposal to His Male Partner

Here's a heartwarming story for wintertime: The so-called "CEO of Everything Gay," Tristan Schukraft, chose a unique locale to pop the question to his longtime boo, Melvin Alexander: The snowy terrain at the bottom of the globe.

He didn't get a chilly reply - Alexander said yes to the Antarctic proposal, sending Schukraft to post excitedly about the impending nuptials on Instagram.

"The coolest 'YES!' in the coldest place," Schukraft captioned a carrel of photos and videos, one of which show the two lovebirds snuggled up for a kiss in their cold-weather gear.

Another photo showed off the diamond engagement ring Schukraft presented to Alexander.

Schukraft made headlines just last week when it was announced that he has been chosen as the "Standing on the Shoulders of Heroes" honoree for the upcoming gala at The Stonewall National Museum, Archives & Library.

A press release detailed that "Schukraft is a technology entrepreneur, turned hotelier nightlife aficionado and producer" whose "entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of ID90."

After that, Schulkraft "went on to establish MISTR, the largest telemedicine platform dedicated to HIV prevention and long-term HIV care, currently serving 500,000 patients across the United States," the release went on to note, adding that "Tristan is a producer of the Off-Broadway Show 'Drag: The Musical.'"

He also owns a number of nightclubs and hotels, including "The Blue Whale, The Pavilion Nightclub, The Canteen, and more in The Pines on Fire Island," the release recounted.

Schukraft's post went up jointly at both his and Alexander's Inta accounts. Friends flocked to offer their well wishes, with Jao Alexander posting, "Awe yay. Huge congratulations," while drag performer Shangela posted "YAYYYYY!!!!!! Congratulations!!!! 🎉" and famed West Hollywood gay bar The Abbey - which Schukraft purchased earlier this year for a cool $27 million - chimed in with "CONGRATULATIONS 🍸🥲💍".

"Schukraft is best known as the CEO of MISTR (a PrEP telemedicine company with over 350,000 patients)," Out backgrounded.

"The newly-engaged pair also shared other romantic pictures and videos via Instagram stories, like the two of them holding hands while climbing/rappelling down together," the publication went on to add.

Alexander captioned that image with: "Looking forward to a lifetime of mountains to climb with you," adding a heart emoji, Out relayed.

Congratulations to the happy couple!
