AFA Radio: Madonna Made You Queer & Gays Bankroll the Westboro Baptist Church

EDGE READ TIME: 2 MIN.

Did you know that homosexual activists pay for those iconic Westboro Baptist Church "God Hates Fags" signs, and that Madonna, Cher, Lady Gaga along with sitcom characters like Claire and Phil Dunphy of "Modern Family" are responsible for turning young boys gay?

Right Wing Watch reports:

It was a full day of crazy even by American Family Association Radio standards last week, when former hate group president and Fox News contributor Sandy Rios hosted noted ex-gays Christopher Doyle and Chuck Peters on the "Sandy Rios in the Morning" show. In the segment with Doyle and Peters, the pair of self-proclaimed "ex-gay advocates" expounded on the old theory of how an absent or weak father and over-bearing strong mother are the tools used to turn boys queer.

"That's why I believe a lot of gay-identified men really worship these celebrities, these strong women, like Madonna or Cher or Lady Gaga" said Peters. "Because these women are strong women, like the mom that I grew up with, that are very opinionated, have a chip on their shoulder, wear the pants in the family, and these are the women that I wanted to be like or I wanted to identify with because I didn't have a man in the house who wore the pants, who would teach me how to be a man."

"You see any straight heterosexual male on TV is now the buffoon." interjected Doyle, who is president of ex-gay advocacy group Voice of the Voiceless. "Then they turn on the TV, which is basically where they have to go because they don't have two parents in the house and dad's not there, then they see this caricature of men on TV."

The most outrageous part of the interview happened when Rios mentioned Fred Phelps of the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church, who Doyle said he believes is funded by homosexual activists. "Where does he get all that money to do all that?" asked Doyle.

According to her website, host Sandy Rios is the Vice President of Family-Pac Federal, a conservative political action committee which focuses on both economic and social issues and works to support such candidates as Marco Rubio, Jim DeMint, Tom Coburn and Michele Bachmann. She is the former president of Concerned Women for America, which has been designated an anti-gay hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Christopher Doyle and Chuck Peters are two of the loudest voices in the ex-gay advocacy movement. Last summer they and a handful of others were the sole attendees of an ex-gay pride rally in Washington D.C. that promised to number in the thousands.
