The Project Levels Up! Undoubtedly there's a chemistry between fashion icons Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn that is undeniable. In the beautiful and bountiful art of fashion, the pair turned the workroom into a powder keg of creativity and prove the runway is every bit as dangerous as a gladiatorial arena. Returning to form, the team supreme has gathered 12 of the fashion industry's most inspired resign stars and promise them a prize to elevate their brand to the next level in Amazon Prime's new Original Series "Making The Cut".

The fashion duo bring the 12 contestants from all across the globe and all walks of life, together in New York City, before whisking them off to Paris. These are all professionals who have been working their hardest to establish themselves as a name in the industry — this is an opportunity to take their brand to the next level and sell, sell, sell! Given the state of the world and self-isolation, the expansive opportunity to virtually travel to Paris and dive into the design workroom is welcome escapism!

For the initial challenge, the designers are literally thrown to the wolves, having to put together a fashion show against a backdrop that features the Eiffel Tower in the heart of Paris with top fashion editors in the audience and supermodel Naomi Campbell to boot! Their mission to impress the judges with two separate looks that convey who they are — one is meant to be accessible and the other meant for the runway. Some of the looks are major "hits" while others are clear misses, but in the end everyone is on pins and needles to make the cut.

The outcome is pretty cutthroat. The judges aren't as gentle on the fashion ingenues as they might have been on Klum's previous project. They really want to make money! They want to put something out there that will push these designers to the consumer success that they've worked all their careers to achieve. At stake is a million dollar prize and at the end of every episode a designer is graced with a featured opportunity to sell their commercial look on the Amazon marketplace.

"Making The Cut" is familiar territory. Klum is in the role of fashion entrepreneur and bridging the space for creatives to meet the movers and shakers that have the influence to aspire to durable success. Gunn is back in the workroom molding these talented individuals and holding their hands at their most vulnerable moments, but he doesn't pull any punches either. For anyone who followed the previous iteration of "The Project", this version is set apart by the immediacy of proving commercial viability. You'll be wanting to tune into "Making the Cut".
