A contestant on the upcoming "RuPaul's Drag Race" Season 10 could be in some hot water before the season even airs.

According to a TMZ report, Andrew Bryson, who performs under the drag name Blair St. Clair, is allegedly defying a court order for a DUI case by participating in the new season of the Emmy award-winning reality show, which films in Los Angeles.

The celebrity site writes that Bryson's involvement in the season, and that he left his home state of Indiana for California, is a "clear violation of a court oder stating he must stay in Indiana following a DUI bust this year."

TMZ obtained court documents that say Bryson was pulled over in March in Fort Wayne, Ind. and blew a .195 on a breathalyzer - more than twice the legal limit. The site adds the judge's order bans out-of-state travel.

Bryson describes Blair St. Clair as the "American Girl Doll of Drag." According to his Instagram profile, he won Miss Gay Indiana in 2015.
